Meme's Gooey Cake

1 Betty Crocker Pound Cake Mix
1 Stick Margarine - melted
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
2 Eggs

Mix the top ingredients until stiff.
Spread evenly across a 9 x 12 cake pan. (Greased & Floured)
Mix Well -
1 Box Confectioners Sugar (hold back a small amount)
1 Stick Margarine - melted
1 Large Cream Cheese
2 Eggs
2 Tablespoons Vanilla
Pour this mixture over the cake batter in the pan.
Bake at 325-350 for 30-35 mins.
